Thus, Grey Mid is endowed with excellent knowledge and experience assets that could be an envy of many other existing companies in the construction industry.
OUR STORY
Having our roots deeply dug in the U.A.E, Construction & Maintenance one of the earliest construction businesses in Dubai. Over the years GMBC has developed an extensive experience in the construction industry. Our experience covers both the public and private sector. We have been involved in residential, commercial and governmental projects since our early beginning.
Our reputation of quality and attention to detail led the company to win the bid for the significant cultural project. This notable project put the company’s ability to execute valuable cultural projects on test. Within a a short time frame GMBC fulfilled its commitment and successfully completed the work in only 120 days, several days prior to the deadline.
This momentous achievement led Grey Mid Building Contracting to be the best of one construction company in the UAE for our outstanding performance. This project was the major milestone and the basis for the exceptional reputation that GMBC enjoys today.
Under their guidance, the reputation of GMBC was cemented through the utilization of highly skilled personnel, labor and resources to ensure that all contracts and commitments are executed in accordance with the time frame, cost and specifications established.
