SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
- Minimum 10 years UAE experience and should have worked with projects in Dubai.
- Should have good experience in executing Group of Residential Vilas complex/buildings.
- Able to deal with Client /Consultant and other regulatory authorities including sub-contractors in Dubai.
- Must possess a good team leadership quality.
- Should be qualified in Civil Engineering.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Specialized in A/C, ventilation ait-cooling system maintenance, installation, and contracting Should possess a practicing Engineers License from Dhabi Municipality showing a minimum of 11 years experience which is required to renew the company’s classification.
CIVIL ENGINEER
Must be Civil Engineer degree holder with minimum 3 to 5 years UAE contracting company experience. Should have good knowledge in project execution especially high rise buildings, villas complexes etc. Should be independent and able to deal with Client/Consultant etc.
